Grab Bag Surprise
Once upon a time, in a curious land there lived an unknown and uncanny band.
A band lost in time’s skit, never too far from their instruments or improvisational whit.
They bounced as they babbled and squibbed as they scrabbled words and whims, with grown child grins.
Songs were their muse, though they never did abuse the fantastic worlds they filled so abstruse.
Meander and mingle with candor and twinkle, the 3 sometimes 4, sometimes 2, sometimes more, leaned into the wind and chanted their hearts galore.
They were quick and audacious, merry yet gracious, all those who did hear were wrapt in their tendencies loquacious.
Time still goes on remembering their song, yielding the surprises of what shall ne’er do no wrong.
And now to happily share some of the fruits they did bare from who knows not when or who knows not where.
So, won’t you join me in a few chants less thin that may lighten your glances from eyebrows to chin.
